Visualize the connection on the GUI

The internal scheme

Assign a key
* Middle click on a control
* Select the field
* the first line is a direct link
* the second if the key used to select the channel
* the third in the key to do the function on the select channel
The second and theard line use the column - line principle.
* Type the key
* Press OK
When you do the key we have two behavior:
* on toggle button the function is directly called
* on rotary or fader, the element is selected then use:
* up/down arrow for small step (0.5 db)
* page up/down for normal step (2 db)
* home/end for big step (10 db)
* mouse scroll small step (0.5 db)
Effect plug-in connexion
The connexion of the effect plug-in will be as better as possible then:
For the entries in function of the number of effect entries:
- 0 : no connexions !
- 1 : mix the left an right channels
- 2 : lent channel on first entry, right on second (on mono out the two entry will have the same values)
- > 2 : same as two, the other entry will not be connected
For the outputs in function of the number of output:
- 0 : gets the entries
- 1 : left and right channel take the same value of the output
- 2 : left channel on first output, right on the segond
- > 2 : same as 2, the next output will not be connected
Exception
In the case of an mono effect (one input, one output - not valid for a mono output),
the effect will be instantiate two times to keep it in stereo

Remarks
In the case if using an effect with one input and several output, or vice versa la initial stereo will be lost.
A non linear mono effect (like compressor) shouldn't be used on stereo channel !
